As an integral member of the CRA GROUP LIMITED team, we are seeking a highly skilled Ss and Engagement Coach to join our ranks. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver employability services, including job searching strategies, interview techniques, and job applications, to support clients in achieving their employment objectives.
  • Provide one-to-one coaching sessions to address clients' concerns, challenges, and any related risks, promoting a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Facilitate employability and personal development workshops to enhance participants' soft skills and confidence, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
  • Complete skills assessments with clients and support participants in developing action plans and overcoming barriers to progression, ensuring a tailored approach to meet individual needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, providing timely feedback and guidance to facilitate continuous improvement and growth.
  • Build relationships with external organizations, colleges, job centers, and employers to secure opportunities for participants, promoting a collaborative and supportive network.
  • Identify work experience opportunities and provide support to participants in accessing employment, education, or training, empowering them to take control of their futures.
  • Stay updated with labor market information, legislation, and professional developments relevant to the field, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the ever-evolving landscape.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a post-16 educational or similar organization, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by clients.
  • Experience of working with families and young children, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and guidance.
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills, with the ability to use a variety of computer packages, including MS Office, Google Drive, and management information systems.
  • Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) qualifications in English and Mathematics, as well as a Level 2 IAG qualification or willingness to achieve this within the first 3 months in post.
