Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a results-oriented and proactive individual with:

  • Proven recruitment strategies, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach, to source and attract top healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to onboard Northern Ireland Nurses, Senior Carers and Carers in adherence to company policies and Northern Ireland healthcare regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in operations within either a start-up, or in the healthcare or staffing industry.
  • Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals in Northern Ireland (NI), with a track record of success using Indeed, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
  • Knowledge of Northern Ireland healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
