Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is excited to present a fantastic permanent Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon position with one of the UK's largest veterinary retailers based in Redruth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of veterinary surgeons and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of veterinary care.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary best practices and medical regulations to ensure the team's knowledge and skills are current.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their pets, providing clear and concise information about their care and treatment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine from a recognised university.
- Membership in the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
- Previous experience as a veterinary surgeon is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of veterinary best practices and medical regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets.
- Ability to handle a variety of animals safely and effectively.
- Willingness to continually upgrade knowledge and skills in veterinary medicine.
