**Machine Learning Engineer - Data Insights**

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Harnham. As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data analysis and AI model development.

Your key responsibilities will include analyzing video, image, audio, and text data to understand user interaction with our game. You will then use this insight to inform teams across the business, ensuring they make data-driven decisions.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and AI, with experience in deploying models into production on AWS and Databricks. You will also possess excellent technical skills, including Python, SQL, and AWS/Databricks.

We offer a competitive salary range of £125,000-£145,000 per annum, along with a performance-based bonus and benefits package. Our hybrid working model provides flexibility, allowing you to balance remote work with office meetings as needed.
