Electronic Goods Technician

Currys is seeking an experienced Electronic Goods Technician to join their team at the warehouse in Newark.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, repairing high-end electronic goods for the largest high street retailer in the country.
The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and able to work well within a team. They will provide a high-quality service to customers, adhering to strict guidelines and targets set by Currys.
Responsibilities:
- Repair high-end electronic goods to manufacturer specifications
- Meet targets and maintain quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Work effectively within a team and adapt to changing situations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety, 5S, and Electrical Safety protocols
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- iOS knowledge and repair experience

The estimated salary for this position is £14,100 - £21,444 per annum, based on a 37-hour working week and 52 weeks per year.
