About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Scarborough. As a Support Worker, you will be working with two male customers who require support with their daily needs. One customer has epilepsy and additional needs, while the other has cerebral palsy. They are both non-verbal, so good communication skills are essential when interacting with them and the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing routine checks and support to the customers with their daily needs
  • Maintaining a warm and homely environment for the customers
  • Working as part of a large team to provide support and care to the customers

Requirements:

  • No previous experience is needed, as full training and support will be provided
  • Availability to work 10 hours per week on waking night shifts
  • Desirable to have a driver's license and access to a car, due to the locations of the support

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.20 for waking night weekday shifts and £12.71 for waking weekend shifts
