Job Overview
Eurovia UK is a leading provider of transportation infrastructure and urban development services. As a Surfacing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the operational aspects of our National Highways Strategic network.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure all operatives comply with company Health, Safety & Environmental Policies and procedures.
- Ensure materials are laid to correct thicknesses to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact.
- Implement a "Right 1st Time" approach to ensure full compliance with Sector 16 requirements.
- Manage daily record sheets, including traffic management, plant and van inspections, defect reports, and waste transfer records.
- Assist the Commercial and Finance Departments in monitoring costs and preparing final accounts.
- Submit monthly KPI information, including exposure hours, planning tonnages, waste, and vehicle/plant information.
- Attend and participate in team briefings.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of supervision in asphalt or surfacing
- CSCS Manager
