About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our UK team at Neilson Financial Services. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping families secure financial protection for their loved ones with our range of life insurance options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products, providing accurate information and meeting individual and company targets.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring they have the peace of mind knowing their loved ones are protected.
  • Meet and exceed sales and quality assurance targets, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a sales role or customer service environment, preferably in a call centre.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • High level of resilience and motivation to succeed, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive starting salary of £27,500 to £30,000, with the potential to increase with tenure to £40,000 plus OTE £60,000 to £85,000.
