Staffing Consultant

The Recruitment Officer role at Sirius Search is responsible for delivering a proactive and accurate recruitment service across all service areas of the business.

1. Manage the entire recruitment process, overseeing internal and external stakeholders.
2. Develop job adverts and descriptions to attract top talent.
3. Review CVs and support shortlisting to ensure the best candidates are selected.
4. Coordinate the candidate's journey and experience to enhance the recruitment process.
5. Conduct telephone interviews to screen candidates and assess their suitability.
6. Manage high-volume campaigns to support the attraction strategy.

This role requires prior blue-collar Recruitment/Talent Officer experience, either in an agency or similar in-house environment. Experience managing a varied and demanding workload is essential, as well as knowledge of legal requirements for right to work checks.

Salary: Estimated £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
