We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team, responsible for managing and curating relationships with existing clients and building them into long-term profitable ones.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  2. Support patient recruitment and retention programs, including the development of study materials and translations setup.
  3. Train and support new staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  4. Provide support across other disciplines during leave or busy periods, ensuring business continuity.
  5. Manage projects, including financial responsibilities, to drive business growth and profitability.
Client and Vendor Management
  1. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  2. Identify and escalate performance issues with clients and vendors, ensuring prompt resolution.
Project Management
  1. Prepare reports within defined timeframes, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  2. Review copy to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
  3. Manage medical writing, artwork development, website, digital campaigns, and animations.
  4. Oversee retention item selection, translations, and printing and shipping of materials as needed.
Profitability Management
  1. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within the unit and across the company.
  2. Manage budget, including financial forecasting, client invoicing, and vendor quote procurement.
Problem Solving
  1. Contribute to the creation of copy, artwork, websites, digital campaigns, and retention item selection.
Specialist Responsibilities by DisciplineClient & Vendor Management
  1. Production, filing, and distribution of translation vendor agendas and minutes where applicable.
  2. Good understanding of processes across translations.
  3. Participate in translation vendor oversight meetings and provide feedback on performance.
Project Management
  1. Support the translation process, including filing and timely tracking of received documents.
  2. Support QC allocation and complete quality checks.
  3. Review bilingual tables.
  4. Create country-specific Master English documentation according to local customs.
  5. Support/manage printing and shipping processes when required.
Profitability Management
  1. File maintenance and tracker completion.
  2. Manage budget, including approving translation vendor invoices and managing task orders.
  3. Organize work to drive business priorities forward while continuing to learn.
  4. Ability to multitask and manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
