About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Livestock Coordinator to join our team at Todd Hayes Ltd. As a key member of our Livestock team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with member enquiries and requests in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Be the primary responder to incoming calls and emails received to the Livestock inbox
  • Advise members on the range of products and services available from the Livestock portfolio
  • Raise quotes and purchase orders for Livestock products and services
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis of member Livestock spend looking to build share of wallet
  • Aid the Livestock Inputs Procurement Manager in updating contracts with suppliers across a wide range of product areas
  • Liaise with finance teams to resolve invoice queries
  • Work with colleagues on target-driven projects to develop new and existing product areas
  • Where required, attend supplier meetings on and off site
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities across a wide range of product areas
  • Assist with proactive growth work monthly, engage with members to listen, review and promote both Livestock products and services
  • Attend and assist with Livestock shows, sales and events as required

Requirements:

  • Motivated and driven individual with a strong customer service ethos
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in IT systems and software
  • Desirable: Livestock industry experience, AMTRA R-SQP / RAMA qualification
