Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Eltek Systems, a leading provider of industrial process and automation solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in PLC system integration and control system design, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and quotations for bespoke control systems.
- Liaise directly with customers throughout all stages of a project/programme.
- Provide technical supervision of system design, build, and installation personnel.
- Prepare and present project reviews and evaluations to Eltek/Actemium management.
- Work alongside other Project Managers to develop existing client relationships and identify future requirements on site(s).
- Strong understanding of technical project life cycle.
- Good to high level of software knowledge of and experience with PLC-based control system architecture, PLC, HMI, and SCADA coding.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, combined with strong presentation skills of technical and commercial content.
- Successful team leadership and management experience.
- Commercial awareness/acumen.
- Dynamic and proactive team player who strives to deliver high-quality work at the highest level of customer service.
