Facilities Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and professional Facilities Manager to join our team at an iconic organisation based in Birmingham City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with tenants in a multi-use site
  • Ensure the building is safe and maintained to high standards
  • Act as a lynchpin between tenants and the wider facilities team
  • Address concerns and issues promptly
  • Work closely with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice

Requirements:

  • Graduate calibre with a relevant Health and Safety qualification
  • Strong knowledge of H&S best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build working relationships with ease
  • Hands-on approach with a solid knowledge of maintaining the fabric of buildings and Mechanical and Engineering services
