About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Aliaxis. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to CAPEX, IT, and process improvement programs across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement repeatable delivery practices throughout the delivery teams.
  • Define processes necessary for structured, repeatable delivery adherence to the project and management of the delivery governance framework.
  • Identify solutions to problems and lead from requirement definition through deployment, including risk mitigation.
  • Align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate results across stakeholders.
  • Build and develop matrix project teams to ensure maximum performance while balancing business as usual functional requirements.
  • Coordinate with EMEA and Manufacturing project and engineering teams to engage efficiencies and aligned strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in devising and implementing repeatable delivery practices throughout delivery teams.
  • Professional certification such as Prince2 or MSP preferred, with PMP or Agile certifications also considered.
  • Proven project management experience in supply chain or logistics within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with large-scale capex project experience preferred.
  • Experience managing project budgets.
