About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Trade Association Development Manager to join our team at Convenient Capital Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with Trade Associations to promote our Preferential Membership Scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Trade Associations to gain their buy-in to our scheme.
- Appraise member quality and assess the suppliers they buy from, focusing on quality, credit standing, and reputation.
- Design and implement bespoke funding schemes for members, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Liaise with Trade Associations and members on a quarterly basis to ensure the scheme is meeting their needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with operational staff to manage the relationship and onboard new members.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and relationship-building skills, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Trade Associations and members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
Working Arrangements:
This role will be based in Tonbridge, with a requirement to work from home three days a week. The working hours will be 09.00 - 17.30, Monday to Friday.
