JSW Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our high-volume, all-day dining operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a 600-cover restaurant, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume restaurant with a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food delivery.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads, to maintain profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant/General Manager in a high-volume branded restaurant, hotel chain, or food-led pub.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
