Framework Strategy Manager

Commercial Services Group is seeking a skilled Framework Strategy Manager to drive the development and optimisation of frameworks across the Energy & Carbon division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own a strategic plan for framework development, adoption, and optimisation aligned with the division's goals and objectives.
  • Provide strong leadership and line management support to direct reports and build a positive culture across the indirect report network.
  • Leverage and monetise frameworks to ensure a commercially beneficial offer while demonstrating good value for money to customers.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of frameworks and track their impact on organisational efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimise existing frameworks based on feedback, usage data, and changing business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience of developing, owning, and implementing a strategic plan aligned with business objectives and outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and line management skills.
  • Ability to leverage and monetise frameworks for commercial benefit.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and optimisation efforts.
