English Teacher Opportunity

TimePlan Education is partnering with a leading school in Westminster to find an exceptional English Teacher to join their team.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to contribute to the strategic direction of the school's subject development and lead training programs. The successful candidate will provide expertise in delivering engaging and ambitious lessons, supporting colleagues to learn and grow their practice, and supporting the school in implementing agreed whole-school policies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding teaching for learning that meets the needs of all students.
  • Support the school in raising standards of teaching and learning across the department and in monitoring progress towards agreed aims.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of English pedagogy and practice across the school.
  • Provide expertise in delivering exceptional, engaging, and ambitious lessons.
  • Support and hold to account other staff in the school through teaching and learning programs.

Requirements

  • Hold a teaching qualification.
  • Have outstanding teaching practice.
  • Have experience of improvement planning.
  • Contribution to impact on the quality of learning and teaching and curriculum.
  • Have experience of high-quality pupil tracking and feedback practices.
