Food and Beverage Team Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
- Work with your team to drive revenue at every opportunity, ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department.
- Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
- Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
- Excellent team motivator and team builder.
