IT Services Account Executive

Lancaster Resources Ltd is seeking a talented and ambitious IT Services Account Executive to join their team in the UK & Ireland. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the company's partners, including ServiceNow, to deliver high-value deals and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing large-scale deals in the IT and technology sector. You will also have a deep understanding of ServiceNow products and be able to match their capabilities to client needs.
This role offers a unique chance to work with a leading company in the technology services industry and contribute to their continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your extensive network of contacts to engage senior decision-makers and influence key stakeholders, driving outstanding customer outcomes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with our client's ambitious growth goals in the UK&I market, prioritising impactful action and delivering results.
- Establish and nurture high-level relationships with existing and potential clients, focusing on long-term partnership opportunities and large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with partners like ServiceNow to craft innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and challenges.
- Continuously seek to understand market trends and client needs, driving the development of new offerings and positioning our client at the forefront of the technology services industry.
Requirements:
- Proven success in business development or sales within the ServiceNow eco-system, specifically handling large-scale deals. Alternatively, we will consider candidates with a strong background in SaaS sales for this role.
- Established network of contacts and a proven ability to leverage relationships for business growth would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products, with the ability to match their capabilities to client needs. Alternatively, we will consider candidates with a strong background in SaaS sales.
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth.
Salary:
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
