Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading FMCG manufacturer. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance on production machinery and equipment
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities, including inspections and repairs, and specify replacement components and manage inventory
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out within safe working practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 in plant maintenance, electrical, or multiskilled discipline
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain automated production machinery
  • Experience working in an FMCG environment and with extrusion machinery

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days holiday rising to 25, 5% bonus scheme, company pension, and free uniform and parking
