As a Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator with Abbotts , you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be expected to optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a sales professional with excellent customer care and communication skills. You should be able to generate new business in a target driven environment and possess a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Our ideal candidate will be resilient, positive , organised, numerate, and detail oriented , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
