Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping young people overcome personal and academic challenges. If you have prior experience working with children, particularly in roles such as sports coaching or youth groups, this could be a perfect fit.

The successful candidate will remain calm and professional in difficult situations, while also being creative and proactive in addressing behavioural and learning challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remain composed and empathetic when dealing with complex student needs
  • Develop innovative strategies to address behavioural and learning obstacles
  • Cultivate a positive and supportive environment for academic growth
  • Motivate students through a collaborative and solution-focused approach
  • Foster strong relationships with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create positive changes

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as strong public transport connections and a commitment to the holistic development of students.
