We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Forwarder to join our team at First Choice Staff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing ocean import consignments, ensuring seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ocean import consignments in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee the collection of VAT/Duty payments and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and overseas agents.
  • Monitor and analyze the profitability of allocated accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve GP/TEU performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to deliver pricing records and new business opportunities to allocated or new customers.

Requirements:

  • Predominately experience in imports-freight forwarding.
  • Strong operational knowledge and expertise in freight forwarding software and CDS entries.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Able to use initiative and think creatively.
  • A keen and robust team player with a strong work ethic.
