Main Responsibilities:
  • Safe Delivery and Installation: Safely deliver, install, and demonstrate White Goods, Televisions, and Cookers in customers' properties.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, keeping them informed and ensuring their delivery and installation is carried out to the highest standard.
  • Load Management: Manage changing volumes of load held in the vehicle during the day, regularly reviewing, adjusting, and securing the load to ensure safety.
  • Equipment Handling: Handle all products safely and with care, supporting colleagues to do the same.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face in customers' homes.
