Job Title: Associate Director - Building Surveying

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Building Surveying team in delivering high-quality surveying services across a diverse portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing professional surveying services within a consultancy environment and strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a variety of professional surveying works, including condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and building surveys.
Focus on professional building surveying instructions (LTA's, dilapidations, RCA's, contracts administration etc.) within various key sectors such as industrial, offices, retail and some residential.
Lead and mentor a dynamic team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for project inquiries and updates.
Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for complex projects.

Requirements:
RICS Chartered Surveyor with substantial experience in building surveying.
Proven track record in managing professional surveying services within a consultancy environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Salary of £75,000 to £85,000 + bonus.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a lucrative pension contribution.
