Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Associate Building Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our MUFG Americas team, you'll play a critical role in developing our public ABS franchise in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and produce structural risk memoranda and reports, including cash flow modelling, for new and existing securitisation transactions.
  • Support the origination and execution of securitisation, inventory finance, and receivables financing products for JCIB clients.
  • Develop a knowledge base of regulatory issues related to securitisation and market developments.
  • Build relationships throughout MUFG Americas to establish a peer network, gather relevant information, and ensure effective inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Support the origination and execution of Inventory Finance transactions, under the coordination of the Head of Origination & Structuring – Securitised Products.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of work experience in a bank, rating agency, or professional services firm.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Interpersonal, influencing, and networking skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in German, French, or Spanish (and other European languages) is desirable but not essential.
