About the JobThis is a fully remote role offering an estimated salary of £85,000 + benefits. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in handling high-value motor claims and a strong understanding of personal injury claims.
Main Responsibilities:- Handle a portfolio of high-value motor claims, ensuring that all claims are managed in accordance with company standards, claims handling procedures, and service levels.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, business partners, and reinsurers.
- Comply with regulatory requirements, including treating customers fairly principles.
- Demonstrate strong and current working knowledge of personal injury claims with handling experience in serious injury.
- Show strong technical knowledge and application of Discount Rate, Care Claims, and other heads of claim applying to serious injury claims.
