Job Description
">Data Management Intern">About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Data Management Intern to join our team in Cardiff Bay. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our office and providing support to our staff.">">
  • Fielding calls for the Cardiff team and acting as the first point of contact for all staff and visitors to the office.
  • Dealing with all mail received at the office.
  • Monitoring the Operations mailbox in Microsoft Outlook for staff queries and supplier invoices.
  • Liaising with suppliers, building security, and management, as and when necessary.
  • Working with the IT team to arrange the shipment of new equipment to staff who are working from home.
  • Providing basic Health & Safety at Work advice to the team and acting as Fire Marshal and First Aider for the local site.

">Requirements:
">A minimum of 2 years administration experience gained from working in an office.
">Excellent working knowledge of the Office 365 suite.
">Recent First Aid at Work or Fire Marshal training will be a big advantage.
