Job Description

Kenton Black Science & Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our expanding team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Management System Development: Ensure that our Quality Management Systems are designed and implemented to meet the principles and requirements of ISO 9001 and 17025 standards.
  • System Maintenance and Compliance: Establish and maintain our Quality Management System, promoting awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Internal Audits and Compliance Monitoring: Conduct internal audits and monitor the implementation of Management System requirements, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.
  • Compliance Reporting and Advisory Services: Advise Associate Directors on compliance status, trends in non-conformances, and issues relevant to system implementation.
  • Quality Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement initiatives to enhance our Quality Management Systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: BSc or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in administering business management processes and implementing formal standards, including ISO 9001 and 17025.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using IT systems and software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and survey management software.
