Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Independent Retail Showroom

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ASR International. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent retailers and showrooms in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the region.
  • Product Display Management: Coordinate the roll-out of new product displays, ensuring optimal brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Training and Support: Deliver in-branch training programs for showroom staff and affiliated installers, focusing on our full range of bathroom products and their applications.
  • Exhibition and Event Support: Support exhibitions and end-user related activities to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive high customer engagement through a consultative and tailored sales approach.
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of around 90 active clients, generating approximately £650,000 annually.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in retail sales within the bathroom industry.
  • Relationship Management: Strong experience in managing and developing relationships with independent retailers and showrooms.
  • Product Display Management: The ability to roll out and manage product displays effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: The ability to drive customer engagement through training and support.
