Job Description

We are Prestige Skills, a dynamic company seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

In this role, you will coordinate tasks, assignments, and job orders to optimize resource allocation and meet deadlines. You will maintain and update various databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and promptness. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to deliver exceptional customer service through professional phone and email interactions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. They will have proven experience in office administration or a similar role, with at least 1 year preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tasks, assignments, and job orders to optimize resource allocation and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and update various databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and promptness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through professional phone and email communications.
  • Ensure internal databases are up-to-date with incoming information and documents, utilizing Microsoft Office proficiently.
  • Manage on-site engineer communications, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary job information, promoting clear communication between parties.
  • Handle stock ordering and monitoring, comparing wholesaler prices to support operational needs.
  • Maintain a current work schedule and assist in document preparation and filing as needed.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role, with at least 1 year preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work unsupervised to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • No remote working option is available; the candidate must be able to work on-site.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career growth and development, and a collaborative work environment.

Work Schedule
  • 6 hour shift (9:30am to 4:30pm)
  • 1 hour unpaid lunch break
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
