About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at OneDome. As a key member of our property sales team, you will be responsible for managing property transactions from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful property transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, managing client expectations and keeping them informed throughout the application process.
  • Coordinate and manage all tasks related to property sales, including buyer/seller, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other parties.
  • Work closely with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress mortgage applications efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and data input.
  • Position OneDome's core products, the Home Buyer Service and OneDome Remo, to clients.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the UK property market and mortgages.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional with excellent telephone manner.
  • Confident in dealing with clients and providing a high level of service.
What We Offer

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Additionally, there is a performance-based commission structure in place.
