We are recruiting for a Complex Care Professional to join our team in St Helens. As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, which are fully adapted to their needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Complex Care with Tracheostomy Care, but this is not essential as we will provide full training. You will be required to work both day and night shifts on a rota basis (subject to change), including DAYS: 8AM - 8PM and NIGHTS: varying hours.
We offer a fantastic package, including excellent rates of pay with weekly pay, every Friday, mileage contribution for drivers, and 24/7 support from the local friendly office. We also provide full PPE, referral bonuses for you and any friends you refer to us that we employ, free mental wellbeing support available 24/7, and on-going career development with progression opportunities.
Job Requirements: At least 6 months experience within a UK care setting, highly empathetic with excellent motivational and nurturing skills, ability to work day and night shifts on a rota basis.
Salary: £14,000 - £15,000 per annum (£14 - £14.50 per hour)
