Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Employment Advisor to join our team, working on a new contract aimed at supporting individuals with serious mental health needs in their journey back into employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 20 job seekers, providing one-to-one advice and guidance in line with the IPS principles, helping to move individuals towards employment.
- Engage with local employers to secure job opportunities, fostering strong relationships and promoting our services.
- Collaborate with clinical partners to ensure seamless support and referrals, driving successful outcomes for our clients.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, one-to-one sessions with your manager, and monthly reviews, focusing on key areas critical to the success of the contract: Employer Engagement, Clinical Engagement, and Participant Monitoring.
