Nursery Practitioner – Level 2
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Hadland Care Group.
This role involves providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the diverse needs of young children.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that encourages learning and exploration.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and cooperation.
- Monitor and report on children's progress, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 2 in Early Years care and Education is essential.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for child development and dedication to caring.
- Show creativity and imagination in providing educational activities that ensure children's happiness and engagement.
- BUILD PERSONAL SKILLS, being personable and approachable with children's parents, understanding their needs and concerns.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
