Role Overview:
Registered NurseAs a Registered Nurse at one of our care homes, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents are met. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and supportive environment for residents, promoting independence and dignity throughout their stay.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care, maintaining open communication and fostering a positive team culture.
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices in documentation.
Benefits and Rewards:
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. What We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will have a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, with a focus on person-centered care. A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification is essential, with a valid registration with the NMC required.
