We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Manager to join our team at Kids Planet North Wingfield.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading our nursery team in delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a nursery team, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding policies.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about early years education and care. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead the nursery team in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • To manage and implement EYFS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • To maintain high standards of childcare and education, ensuring that children receive a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.
  • To motivate and inspire the nursery team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 qualified teacher or equivalent in a UK recognised early years qualification.
  • Experience in managing a nursery team, with a strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding policies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
