Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Accor. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen areas, as well as providing support to our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy, adhering to current Health and Hygiene regulations.
  • Count, sort, and prepare operating equipment as required.
  • Handle chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
  • Hygienically clean and store all operating equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
  • Contribute to cost control by conserving energy and water, and using cleaning materials and appliances efficiently.
  • Collect and dispose of garbage correctly from all kitchen areas each shift.
  • Utilize safe and hygienic methods for removing dry and wet waste.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required by your Supervisor or Hotel Management.
