CRM Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled CRM Sales Consultant to join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be confident in their ability to meet targets and exceed expectations.
The role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus commission and a comprehensive range of benefits. As a CRM Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving personal sales and performance targets, up-selling and identifying sales opportunities, managing new and existing customers, and recording all relevant data on our CRM system.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
The working hours are 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern set 6 weeks in advance, which includes one week in every 4-6 weeks from 12pm-8pm and one Saturday and one Sunday per month.
