About the Role

Your Responsibilities

As a Care Support Assistant, your duties may include supporting residents with their daily needs, following individual care plans, and providing one-to-one time for each resident. Your warm-hearted approach and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need some experience of caring for older people, a proactive attitude, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You should possess empathy and compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support.

Job Details
