About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to enter the field of education or progress their career in this sector. As an Education Support Specialist, you will work closely with senior staff to provide high-quality support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students across core subjects
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver effective learning experiences
  • Support the development of students' communication and active listening skills
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A first-class degree in a related subject from a top 20 UK university
  • Prior experience providing academic support to young people
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices
  • A brilliant academic record, dating back to GCSEs
  • Extracurricular hobbies like sports, music, or languages that can be integrated into school life (not essential)

Benefits
