About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sports Activity Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling physical activity and providing a safe environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for public enquiries at Sport & Leisure facilities' receptions and via telephone.
  • Sell activities and tickets, ensuring accurate receipts.
  • Upsell Sport & Leisure memberships to prospective and existing members.
  • Operate telephones, PCs, and photocopiers as required.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled cleaning duties and record them accordingly.
  • Process cash and card transactions in line with S&L operational procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and Health & Safety compliance of the working environment.

You will be literate and numerate with 1 year's customer service experience. The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.
