About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trust Officer to join our team at AP Group Ltd in Jersey. As a Senior Trust Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and delivering the administration of a portfolio of client cases, ensuring exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a mixed portfolio of company and trust structures, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
  • Prepare Annual Reviews as required, reviewing account ledgers and preparing minutes and resolutions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a high level of service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of trust and company services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in trust and company administration, with a strong understanding of Jersey company law and regulations.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • ICSa / STEP Diploma or similar qualification, or equivalent experience.
