We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe - Spalding site.

The successful candidate will be required to work in our Butchery Department, cutting, trimming, and deboning pork shoulders and/or legs.

No experience is required, as training will be provided on the job. This is a great opportunity to gain new butchery and trimming skills and career progression.

Key information:

  • Competitive rate of pay
  • Voluntary overtime and weekend hours paid at premium rates
  • Contract type: full-time permanent/direct
  • Shift: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 06:30 - 16:00, including 2 breaks (45 hours)
  • Additional productivity bonus*

*In addition to your hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive a discretionary productivity bonus once you're signed off on minimum required task jobs on bonus lines. Depending on your skill level and performance, this can be a significant amount boosting your weekly wage.

  • Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned necessary to meet business needs
