**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Health and Social Care NI. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective speech and language therapy programs for clients with a range of communication disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide training and education to clients, families, and healthcare professionals on communication strategies and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in speech and language therapy to ensure evidence-based practice.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.
- Current registration with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in speech and language therapy, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
