Job Title: Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Your new role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited involves playing a crucial part in the Customer Services team, sitting at the intersection of Commercial and Supply Chain functions. This on-site position requires an immediate start, so please consider this when applying.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage communication between the company and customers, making decisions to drive customer satisfaction and improvements.
  • Escalate special requests from customers in conjunction with the Supply Chain Team and Product Manager.
  • Liaise with the Pricing and Data Management team to ensure accurate pricing via ERP/CRM systems.
  • Manage and support a specific customer portfolio, ensuring data and information are correct and customer needs are met in line with company ethos.
Requirements:
  • High degree of proficiency in organisational skills to handle detailed information and timely processing.
  • Able to solve customer problems in a changing environment without completely defined process steps for success.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions that support customers' requirements while complying with documented guidelines and policies.
  • Good communication skills, able to converse across all levels, with an enthusiastic and proactive work ethic.
  • Prior experience within the manufacturing or logistics industry, and a good understanding of export compliance.
What You'll Get:
  • Annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE for a full-time working week or 37.5 hours.
