Job Title: Fundraising Manager

Swanage Pier Trust is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a range of fundraising initiatives to support the preservation of the Pier.

The Fundraising Manager will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, identifying new income streams and opportunities to engage with donors and supporters.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising campaigns, with experience of working with a fundraising database and writing successful fundraising proposals and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the preservation of the Pier
  • Identify new income streams and opportunities to engage with donors and supporters
  • Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement a range of fundraising initiatives
  • Manage and maintain a fundraising database to track donations and supporter engagement
  • Write successful fundraising proposals and reports to secure funding and support

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising campaigns
  • Experience of working with a fundraising database and writing successful fundraising proposals and reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and supporters
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
