About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our digital learning strategy, you will play a crucial role in delivering assessment processes within specified time limits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure learners experience a fair and consistent assessment service while maintaining the integrity of our qualifications.
  • Support several assessments within the remit of the team, including preparation, checking, and reporting of results.
  • Work collaboratively with examiners and institute colleagues to achieve tight deadlines.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and a calm, methodical approach while working under sustained pressure.
  • Develop and implement effective assessment processes to support the Board meetings and subsequent release of results to learners.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer care skills, including sensitivity to the needs of customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Discreet and diplomatic handling of confidential and sensitive information.
  • Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and concentration while working under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills and a high standard of organizational skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience within a professional body or higher education provider.
  • Evidence of commitment to professional development.
  • Working with volunteers.
