Field Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services to our customers, ensuring their machinery is running efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and breakdown repairs on machinery
  • Carry out warranty repairs and damage repairs
  • Conduct site visits across various areas of the country
  • Prepare clear and detailed reports of work carried out and repairs necessary
  • Ensure 100% recovery of all aspects
Work Experience Requirements
  • Strong background in the Plant industry is essential
  • NVQ Level 3 Plant Maintenance or equivalent is required
  • CSCS card holder is preferred
  • Experience of diagnostic tools and computer software, including engine diagnostics, is necessary
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment is essential
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness is required
  • Preferred dealer experience is not essential, but ability to travel outside of the UK for training and development is necessary
